I am looking forward to being your child's teacher and cheerleader on his or her new 4th-grade journey! It is an honor to be able to help guide students and families at such an exciting phase of their life. This is my 12th year teaching and 3rd year teaching at TNCA. Outside of school, I love spending time with my husband, Matt, and two-year-old, Theodore. We love working on home improvement projects, hiking, arts/crafts, and sewing clothes. I can't wait to learn about what makes each of you special this year!

I love teaching 4th grade with Connections Academy. I am originally from Los Angeles, CA, and received a bachelor's degree in Child & Adolescent Studies from California State University, Fullerton. I moved to Tennessee 15 years ago and received my master's in Education from Tennessee State University. This will be my 13th year teaching. Some of my hobbies include reading, relaxing at the beach, and vacationing at Disney with my family. I look forward to working with you this school year!

I have been in education for 15 years. I have taught 4th, 5th, 6th, 7th, and 8th grades and have served as an Academic Coach. This is my third year at TNCA. I have a Bachelor’s degree in Education, a Master’s Degree in Curriculum and Instruction with a focus as a Reading Specialist, and Education Specialist Degree in Curriculum and Instruction (Ed.S) I am currently pursuing a Master’s Degree in School Counseling at Liberty University.

I am excited to be your child's teacher this school year! I have been an educator for 14 years, and I am delighted to be at Connections Academy for my 3rd year. Teaching is my passion, and partnering with you and your student to see them soar to success is an honor and privilege. When I am not teaching, I am usually running around with my 5 year-old son, Maverick, and 3 year-old daughter, Selah. My husband Justin and I are enjoying our 4th year in Tennessee, and spend our off time exploring all the beauty this land has to offer. I love to exercise, play piano, sing, and create artwork. I can't wait to met you and your child as we start a wonderful year in 4th grade!

I am so very honored to be your teacher this school year! The times we will share together are going to be both fun and full of learning experiences I am sure you will enjoy! It is my hope that you will leave 4th grade with many happy memories and a wealth of new knowledge. As a teacher, I have been in the profession a total of 10 years now and I have been teaching 4th grade at Connections Academy for 4 years. I am passionate about making virtual learning engaging and interesting. I also love being an educational partner with my amazing Learning Coaches and I absolutely cannot wait to work with your family! A little random information about me- I am a mother to 3 beautiful children and a wife to a wonderful husband. We enjoy off-roading and being outside most of the time. I enjoy practicing a healthy lifestyle, working out, and attending church as a family. Can’t wait to meet and learn more about you!
